- Bowl and saucer
- Fork

How To Make It
- Heat juice, water, ginger and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Pour mix into a pitcher and chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Pour a tablespoon of lemon juice into a bowl. Place glass upside down in the bowl and swirl, holding the glass in one hand and the bowl in the other, to moisten the rim of the glass. Repeat with the second glass.
- Pour salt, sugar and dried ginger onto a small saucer. Stir with a fork to combine.
- Roll the rim of each glass in the salt and sugar mix. Add a few ice cubes to each glass and set aside.
- Pour tequila, marnier, margarita mix and basil leaves into a cocktail shaker. Use a wooden spoon to muddle the basil by pushing the leaves against the sides of the shaker.
- Stir contents of shaker and then pour through the filtered top into prepared glasses.
- Serve chilled with an additional basil leaf as garnish.
- Store finished eggs in the refrigerator.
