Ingredients
- 2 cups oats, cooked and cooled
- 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 ounce dark chocolate, chopped
- 4 ounces carob chips
- 6 ounces almond milk
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
- .2 grams xanthan gum
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 banana, sliced
What You Need
- Saucepan
- Blender
- Bowl
- Double boiler
- Whipped cream dispenser
How To Make It
- Combine oats and 1/2 cup yogurt. Toss fruit with lemon zest.
- Melt chocolate and carob over double boiler. Remove from heat.
- Warm up almond milk in a saucepan and stir in coffee. Pour warm coffee into melted chocolate. Stir occasionally until cooled.
- Transfer melted chocolate to blender and add xantham gum and 1 cup yogurt. Blend until combined. Transfer mixture to whipped cream dispenser.
- Spoon oat-and-yogurt mixture into bowls and top with fruit. Spray chocolate mousse on top from the canister.
